A couple of pocket oscilloscopes I have been playing with:

The DSO Quad is about the size of a small mobile phone. It is well built and has four channel inputs and one function output. It has a 5Mhs bandwidth and will be great for low-frequency radio and audio work.

The second scope is an Aarontek DSO Nano Pro. This is a single channel scope with a bandwidth of 30MHZ making it very useful for radio, Audio and General Electronics.

A caution with these types of oscilloscopes is the low input voltage to the device. This should not be a problem with today’s low voltage devices.
